Reservations:
In order to make a reservation of one of our apartments we request a Reservation Deposit equal to 20% of the total reservation price. You can make the Reservation Deposit in advance by credit card or bank transfer – bank transfer amount should also include bank transfer fees if any. The remaining payment must be made upon check in.

Your reservation will be effective once BarcelonaDays has confirmed reception of your Reservation Deposit and after sending you a reservation email.
Guarantee Deposit
For a number of apartments BarcelonaDays requests EUR 150 as guarantee deposit to cover apartment potential damages. The guarantee deposit will be returned to you upon check out.


Check in procedure:
We kindly request you to call the contact person indicated on your reservation email one hour before check in. Upon checking in you´ll be greeted by the apartment owner or one of our designated staff, who will provide you with all required information for your accommodation. The remaining reservation amount as well as the guarantee deposit should be cancelled upon apartment check in.


Check in times:
BarcelonaDays provides check in times between 09:00h and 21:00h. In case you decide to check in outside those hours BarcelonaDays will charge additional EUR 20 (EUR 30 if check in takes place after 24:00h). Please note your check in time will be scheduled after 14:00 if another guest is checking out the same day.


Check out times:
Check out time is 11 am. Depending on the apartment´s availability, check out time modifications is possible always under Barcelonadays or owner´s acceptance.


Cleaning:
Upon client´s arrival, the apartment should be clean, including clean sheets and towels. On the day of departure, the client is required to leave the apartment in good cleaning conditions (i.e. clean kitchen). A partial deposit will be asked if the cleaning condition of the apartment is not acceptable.
Cancellation policy:

Should the client not communicate cancellation of his/her reservation in advance or should not show up at the scheduled arrival date, then the initial booking fee will not be returned and a night fee will be charged for the inconveniences incurred.

In case of unforeseen circumstances Barcelonadays reserves the right of cancellation. In that case Barcelonadays will try to offer another alternative with similar characteristics or will reimburse the total amount paid.


Booking changes:
Once the reservation is confirmed, any change should be notified with anticipation to Barcelonadays.
In case of changes in number of days or guests, Barcelonadays reserves the right to change the client’s reservation according to the availability and capacity of the apartments.


Supply costs:
Water, gas and electricity supplies are included on the price. There is no additional charge for using these services.


Number of guests:
The apartment is exclusively prepared for the number of guests indicated on the reservation. It’s totally forbidden to lodge more people than the number indicated on the reservation.
In case of not respecting that rule, Barcelonadays shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without any compensation.


Responsibility for damages:
Barcelonadays will not be held responsible for any kind of damage or prejudice, direct or indirect, produced by the client including all kinds of damages, thefts or criminal acts.
BarcelonaDays acts only as intermediary between the client and the owner of the apartment.


General rules:
Apartment guests must respect the basic rules of decent behavior inside the building and the apartment.
Parties and inconvenient noise are forbidden. Noise is strictly forbidden from 10pm to 9 am.
In case of non-fulfillment of the aforementioned rules, Barcelonadays reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, in which case the client would not be entitled to any compensation.


Guarantee on tariffs:
The price of the apartment is guaranteed from the time of your booking confirmation.
Barcelonadays can modify prices at any time but always keeping tariffs on confirmed bookings.


Privacy policy:
According to the Law 15/1999 of data protection, all the personal data facilitated by the clients will be treated as confidential and in no case they will be used to third persons neither by commercial purpose nor agreements out of the contracted service.
All these conditions are conformed under the Spanish justice, and surrender for the resolution of all the litigations to the Courts of Barcelona.
The client is responsible for the reading, comprehension and acceptance of these general conditions upon reservation.
