Few steps to book an apartment:

Step 1.Require the apartment
Please fill out the form indicating the apartment you are interesting in.

Step 2. Pre-reservation
We will answer you as soon as possible, confirming availability and other details such prices and bank details.

Step 3. Pre-payment
At the same time we confirm you the availability of the apartment, you are required to make a pre-payment to close your reservation.
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank by means of a bank transfer provided. We will mail you complete details.
(Banking charges must be paid by applicant and should never be deducted from payment).

Step 4. Confirmation of reservation
Once the amount is received on our bank account we will send you confirmation that reservation has been closed in your favour, together with some arrival and departure information and the house rules.

Step 5. Arrival
If, for any reason your arrival has changed, please let us know in advanced calling the phone number 34-655413360 since a person will be waiting to you for 30 minutes in the apartment to welcome and inform you about all the details of it, at the time agreed.

Please note that the remaining part of the payment must be paid in cash at your arrival, plus the cleaning fee. (Do not forget the deposit, which will be refunded in the end of your stay).

Deposit:
Depending upon the apartment offered to the client a cash damage deposit will be requested upon arrival and will be refunded in full after inspection of the undamaged apartment. Usually check-in of the apartment will be from 9 of the morning to 9 of the night, in case the client arrives after 9 in the night will be able to request the client an extra of 20€ and 30€ if the reception is after 12 in the night.

Cancellation:
Full amount will be refunded if cancellation is informed with no more than 30 days before the beginning of your rental period.

Step 6. Departure
It should be done before….. of the last day. The deposit will be refunded and you will give us the keys. Departure will be at 11:00 a.m. with the possibility staying later in case that not to have the same day another chek-in, depending on the conditions of each apartment.
