Are prices per apartment or per person?

Prices are per apartment. Prices will vary depending on the number of guests.



Can I make the deposit payment by bank transfer?

Yes, although we advise you to pay by credit card in order to reduce booking confirmation time.If you select bank transfer as your payment method, and given international bank transfers may take several days, you will be ask to send Barcelonadays the transfer confirmation receipt from your bank in less than 48 hours. During that time the apartment will be blocked for you. Transfer fees will be on behalf of the client.


Where do I have to go at my arrival?

At your arrival to Barcelona you should go directly to the booked apartment. Check in and collection of the keys is done upon arrival to the apartment.


At what time should I arrive to the apartment?
Check-in time is from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. There will be an extra charge of 20€ if arrival is after 9 pm. After 12 pm the late arrival fee is 30€.Check-in time will be scheduled after 14pm when coincides with other client´s departure.


At what time should I leave the apartment?
Check out time is 11 am. Depending on apartment`s availability check out time modification are possible under Barcelonadays or owner`s apartment acceptance.


Does the apartment include sheets and towels?
All the apartments are equipped with clean sheets and towels.


Are water, gas and electricity supplies included on the price?
Yes, water, gas and electricity supplies are included on the price. There is no additional charge for using these services.


What should I do if something is not working or breaks during my stay?
If you have any incidence in the apartment you should call to the contact person of your booking or to Barcelonadays, mentioning what has happened in order to solve the problem as soon as possible.


Is the 30€ cleaning payment compulsory?
Yes, it is. Is a single payment that is usually 30€.


Are pets allowed in the apartments?
There are some apartments in which pets are allowed. Please look into the apartment’s characteristics and always inform Barcelonadays on advance.


What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
The following conditions apply regarding cancellation of reservations:Notification 30 days before the arrival: No cancellation penalty. Total booking fee amount will be refunded to the client.
Less than 20 days before the arrival: 100% of the initial booking fee will be charged as cancellation penalty.
